Due to the nature of the work we perform; tax incentives, expense reduction, and financial services, specific documentation must be obtained from a Client in order to obtain their savings. We have simplified this process and reduced required documentation to only what is completely necessary.
An Advisors role in collecting required documents is very important. Sales staff will assist however, the Advisor is the individual responsible to collect all required documentation from the clients. The list below will help you to familiarize yourself with each service and the documents required. Each client is provided with a document upload link in their client card. You may send this link to the client by accessing the client card, clicking on the black "Add Activity" box in the lower right hand side of the client card, selecting "Email & Document Request", and in the drop down that appears -- Select Email -- selecting "General Document Request". This email is customizable and we recommend that you personalize the email to your client, including details about your conversations with them. The email includes a secure upload link that will provide your client with direct access to upload their required documents. Remember, a signed Service Agreement is required for all services.
Obtaining the required documents prior to the Discovery Call allows your Account Manager to prepare feasibility studies, determine benefits, reductions or eligibility and eliminates the need for a follow up call. When documents are collected prior to the Discovery Call you have a much higher chance of closing your deal immediately!
