Work Comp Audit, Sample Policy Documents

As a part of our Work Comp Audit Expense Reduction Service we must obtain copies of a client's existing Work Comp Policy.  In order to assist you in collecting these documents, we've attached to this article a sample of what these documents should look like.

To submit your Work Comp Audit client you would simply submit these documents along with the client's signed service agreement and Work Comp LOA via your Stryde Hub.
