Introduction calls for Clients that are looking to speak with someone prior to activation of their Tax Management System can be booked via your "Book a Call" landing page within your marketing toolbox. (See here for additional toolbox information: How to Use Your Marketing Toolbox)  This direction should be used only for Clients that do not have an existing Client Card in your Portal.   For existing Client Cards that need to speak with someone prior to activation, please see here: How Do I Book a Call from an Existing Client Card?


You will find a banner at the top of your toolbox outlining "Your Book a Call Landing Page" and "Start Using It Today" as shown below.  





Once you click on that banner it automatically opens your landing page that should be used to book the call.




You can either send this page to your Client via email, SMS text or social messagings, or you can fill it out over the phone with the Client.  Any of the "let's talk book a call" or "book a call now" buttons will launch into the booking process. It will have a few short questions to allow us to best assist the Client and come to the call with necessary and appropriate information.  After those questions are answered the calendar opens to select a date and time of the Client's choosing.  A confirmation is sent via calendar booking to the Client and yourself.
