How to Submit for Underpayment Print

Prospects in Warm Market: Hospitals, Urgent Cares, Large Primary Care (minimum $2M annual in payer revenue with their top 3 payers)

Create a Client Card at portal.gmgsavings.com using the normal methods. (see also What is a Client Card?)

Then, submit the Prospect Form by logging into your Hub at my.strydeadvisors.com and clicking on Financial Services under Service Channel dropdown.

Then scroll down to the Health & Prescription section to click on the Prospect Form.
