As an Advisor, Presentation Pro is your tool for surveying a Client and booking a Discovery Call with our team. Be sure to view your New Agent Training in full for a walkthrough of Presentation Pro.  (See also: How Do I Book a Discovery Call)


Below is a simple breakdown of the steps involved to properly run Presentation Pro via your App in order to ensure your Client Card record is created, call is booked and the Document Request is sent. (See also: What is a Client Card)

Open the GMG Savings App and click on the Discover tab. You may click "Add New Client" or select an existing Client record you have previously created.





You will then select how you are choosing to run Presentation Pro.  Use "In Person with Client" when you are physically with the Client and use "Phone or Web with Client" when doing Presentation Pro via screenshare or a phone call.  Only use "Without the Client" when you are running the presentation using information given to you prior.
Enter in the company's contact information or verify what was entered by you prior.  Then, click "Save" the information as is and continue. 
Presentation Pro will now prompt questions for the Client to answer and you to fill in responses regarding.  These are of utmost importance for an estimated savings so simply answer each one accurately and click "Next" to continue through all questions. 
When the question portion is complete, Presentation Pro will show an estimated savings and the areas in which we have uncovered savings.  Review this with the Client, show them the numbers on this page and click the red arrow pointing to the right to continue.

NOTE: Presentation Pro is not complete nor is it saved unless you continue beyond this point.
The next step will allow you to begin the activation of services.  You will click and assign a contact for instant activation to be emailed to the Client and then click to send the message.
Presentation Pro will now show an overview of each service so you may show the Client what we will do for them on each service they qualified for.  Review each page and click the red arrow pointing to the right to continue.
The next step is booking a Discovery Call.  This is required so we may speak with the Client. Select the proper timezone, date and time for the Client and yourself to be available for the call.  Then, click the red "Confirm" button that lists your selected date and time.


The next page will show a confirmation and you must click the red "Continue" button.

NOTE: Presentation Pro is not complete nor is it saved unless you continue beyond this point.
Once you reach the "Congratulations!" screen, you are all set.  Presentation Pro is now complete.  The Client uses the email sent to them to access their Client Upload Center and begin providing documentation as well as sign the service agreements.
