You will be able to see when a candidate has completed the survey within the Candidate tab of the Client Portal. Until the survey has been completed it will show status as "Incomplete." Once they have completed the survey, the status will change to "Complete".
If a candidate does not qualify, it will show as $0.00 as the amount of potential credit. If they do qualify, it will show the potential amount that they qualify for. (i.e. $2,400)
