If you're having issues with your app and your Android device, please follow the steps below.
| To start, log out of the app. |  |
| Make sure you are logged out. You should see this screen prompting you to log back in. Don't log in. |

| Go to your device Setting. You can get there by either swiping down the top of your device and tapping on the gear icon or you can go to Apps then Settings. |

| From Settings, tap on Applications |
 |
|
Tap on Application Manager |
 |
|
In the list of Applications, scroll and find the app you wish to uninstall. |
 |
|
Tap FORCE STOP |
 |
|
Confirm FORCE STOP |
 |
|
Tap Storage then CLEAR DATA |
 |
|
Tap DELETE - This will not affect your client data in our system. |
 |
|
Tap UNINSTALL then OK |
 |
| Power Cycle Your Device (Shut Down and turn back on, NOT Restart) | |
|
Once your device has fully loaded open The Google Play Store and search the app you uninstalled |
 |

Tap INSTALL |
 |
|
Tap ACCEPT |
 |
|
Tap OPEN and Log back in |
