You may check the status of a discovery call within your portal.  If you are unsure that that call was booked, or want to know if it has been confirmed or just want to know the current status, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Log into your portal at
  2. Go to the Clients tab
  3. Locate your client by searching their name in the green search box
  4. Once you've located your client, click on their name to open the Client Record
  5. In the Client Record you will see a white, red and gray section; within the gray section on the lower left hand side you will find any discovery call that has been booked for that client along with the date, time and current status of the call
